Brilliant place, the stuff are friendly and amazing. It is a very small place, so not good for big groups but this makes the service more personal. The food is very basic homemade. And if you have the chance talk to the Mama, the best cook.

Loved it. They love their customers and give great service. Awesome breakfast for the price. And amazing coffee. I also bought a sandwich to takeaway for lunch - way better than anything I could have bought in central London later.
So friendly, I hope they are around for years to come.
I want to go back for lunch soon

When you eat here you are sampling part of London's recent heritage and history. Great traditional food with genuine, unpretentious friendly service. Don't expect Michelin starred food or decor, but do expect to feel welcome. When we went there was a nice mix of locals and tourists. We went during the week when not too busy but I think you'd have to queue for a weekend breakfast / brunch.

The best café in London by a mile! They welcome you like they’ve known you for years and the atmosphere is amazing! They have a lovely menu and the dishes I’ve tried so far have been faultless. I recommend their tasty full English breakfast with a nice cup of tea.

Legendary family run place. Food is freshly made there and then on the premises. Simple, tasty, go for it. There is not many places left such as this one. Internally decorated in art deco style, probably unchanged from the opening. It is a true gem.
