I’ve been here twice now, and both times were great! The portions are huge. The big breakfast is no joke. The food is delicious, and the service is amazing. The pesto was so good that my friend even got one to take away. I haven’t tried any of their desserts yet, but I’ll definitely be back to give them a go!

Side note: They only accept cash so don't forget to bring some cash with you!

I have lived in London for 12 years and last week I visited E Pellicci...I wasn't disappointed. I received a warm welcome upon arrival and the Menu caters for a wide variety of tastes . I ordered the big breakfast and it was absolutely delicious, and the produce was of high quality, ( I always judge a good breakfast by their sausage). The black pudding was like velvet!!!
If you're in London.... please visit this Iconic family ran establishment..a true part of the East end history.

Super nice restaurant for à English Breakfast. The portions are insanely generous! The toast is grilled with butter, 2 types of pudding, proprer one!! You need some skills to finish it all but if you are a big eater it’s perfect for the whole day.

Just the place is quite popular, so you probably have to queue, sometimes for quite a while.

Superb family cafe. Brilliant service. Lovely food. So friendly. There will probably be queue, but it moves pretty fast. If you are on your own or as a couple you may well be asked to share with others, this only adds to the friendliness of the place. Anna, Nev and all the team are so friendly. You will feel like you're a regular even on your first visit. Also voted Topjaws number 3 best breakfast in London. Definitely go and give it a try.
